Do I need an appointment?

To ensure your best experience, we ask that you book an appointment in advance to ensure your personal dressing suite and stylist. We do accept walk-ins if we have availability.

How long are your appointments?

Our appointments are one hour and thirty minutes. We want to ensure you have the best experience and have time to find your perfect gown.

How many people may I bring with me?

Our spacious dressing suites and additional lounges provide ample seating. We invite our brides to bring family, friends, or whomever they want to be a part of their experience—it is all about our brides.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment through your confirmation email or by calling. We appreciate the courtesy of canceling as soon as possible.

When should I start shopping?

We suggest you start shopping 9-12 months before your wedding, this will help you to avoid unneeded stress of rushing to find a gown or settling for a gown.

How long will it take for my gown to arrive?

All of our gowns are special order and take 1-7 months to arrive. If you need a gown faster, we can accommodate a shorter time frame with an additional rush fee or a limited selection of off-the-rack options.

Do you have an in-store seamstress?

We have seamstresses that we work very closely with and recommend to all of our brides. Wedding gown alterations are a separate cost from the dress and done at a different location. Even though we recommend you use one of our seamstresses, you are not obligated to use them. We suggest you plan 2-3 months for alterations, bridal photos, and any other preparations after your gown arrives.

What should I bring to my appointment?

We always suggest that you wear nude undergarments and a strapless bra, but it is not a necessity. If there is an heirloom piece you would like to match, we recommend bringing that as well.

What sizes are your sample gowns?

Our sample gowns range from size 2-32.

What is the price range of your gowns?

Our gowns range in price from $1,300 to $5,000. Throughout the year we offer off-the-rack options for as low as $750.
